SHIPPING
All orders are shipped in 1-2 Business Days.  After the product has been shipped, delivery timeframes can range between 5-7 Business Days.  Free Standard Shipping is provided on all U.S. continental orders over $65 (sub-total).  You will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date once your order ships.  
 
RETURNS
At KJ’s Jewels, we hope that your purchase from us will become the first of many! However, if, for any reason, you are unsatisfied, you may contact info@kjsjewels.com to initiate the return process.
  • Buyer may send unworn merchandise in its original, resalable condition back to us within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. If the merchandise shows signs of wear, has been altered in any way (dipped in jewelry cleaner, smell of fragrance, etc.) or has been returned after 7 days from delivery date, no returns/exchanges will be accepted.
  • Buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost of returned items.
  • Please ship packages in a padded and secure parcel and use a trackable and insured mail service. We cannot issue a refund on merchandise that is lost or damaged in transit.
  • All refunds will be processed within 2 weeks of return and a confirmation email will be sent once the return has been processed.
  • EARRINGS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
DAMAGES
If your purchase arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of the delivery of your merchandise. Be sure to include pictures that clearly show the damage to the merchandise.

At KJ's Jewels, we respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring that your information is secure.  The information we collect (name, address, phone number and email address) is used to understand your needs and provide you with better service, as well as, for ensuring a timely delivery of your order.  Any data you provide is maintained in private files on our secure web server and in our internal systems.  We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.  We may provide your information to our third party partners for marketing and promotional purposes.  We will NEVER sell or misuse your information.
